Custom orders take about 3-4 weeks (most times sooner) to process!  If your item is not done within the 4 week period, you may continue to wait if you'd like or we can offer you a full refund. Keep in mind that your patience is greatly appreciated. Refunds will not be given for impatience! We will ONLY issue a refund option if your order goes past 4 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Our "Flat Rate" shipping is through the USPS. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Once your package has been shipped, GOLDNPRETTYGODDEZZ are not responsible for delivery issues. You will need to contact your local post office. Your fashion jewelry should be the last thing you put on before going out the door and the first thing you take off after coming home. From time to time, clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth. This will keep it shinning and remove the body oils, perfume, and lotions that over time, will damage the finish on your jewelry.
