TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or other), Godbeadit is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the item and packaging are required for review
- Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
We will review each case individually and assist where appropriate; however, responsibility for shipping damage, loss, or delays lies with the shipping carrier.

ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
